This letter is to express my support, recommendation, and respect for Gyroscope Lab, LLC, and its president Jamie Gordon Nichol. In my opinion, this company is first rate in terms of its technical competence, dedication to quality, and commitment to deliverables.  I engaged Gyroscope to develop a set of textile-capable end effectors. Through the entire process from defining the problem to delivering final prototypes, Gyroscope did and delivered more than we expected. The
work Gyroscope did for GreyOrange was outstanding. I am delighted to recommend Gyroscope Lab, LLC as a capable research and development partner.

By bringing you and your team in, with the breadth of knowledge you offer, we were able to quickly get you and your team up to speed on our device’s functions and the key blocker we faced. You and your guys were then able to quickly work through the key hardware and software platform issues to get to a resolution. This saved us both a lot of down time with our other application and design resources and most importantly kept us on schedule for our release.

I look forward to continuing our relationship in the future. I feel confident in the fact that should we run into other areas of concern that Gyroscope is a ready and very capable resource which we can depend upon.

Gyroscope Lab took the time to deeply understand and refine our requirements before kicking off the project, which made a huge difference. Their critical thinking and thoughtful approach to our challenges gave us real confidence in the path forward. The quality of their work was excellent, and they consistently went above and beyond expectations. Highly recommended.

We have been working with your company for almost ten years now. You have helped us with dozens of projects and it is amazing that on each and every one you have delivered beyond expectations and on budget. Your creativity and imagination are top 1% and your work ethic guarantees our satisfaction.

Gyroscope was able to respond to our needs driven by a rapidly changing market. This singular characteristic stands out for me in recommending Gyroscope — they were able to help lead us through a concept, design and development process that comprised complex software and novel hardware elements.

It is refreshing to work with a development firm that deftly combines business insight with technological innovation to create thoughtful technology strategy and real-world solutions.

Your understanding of the interface of electronics and mechanics made the final product more functional than all other versions offered by other companies.

You provided exactly the right solution with no needless effort or expense. Your willingness to point out solutions, even solutions that were of no benefit to you or our company is refreshing. We will be doing business again.

The firm has proven themselves as exceptional architects of novel solutions tailored to the demanding needs of our marketplace. They are able to bring these new concepts through to fruition with alacrity, in spite of obstacles. We highly recommend their services!

In developing new approaches and technologies, [Gyroscope] has proven themselves capable and enjoyable to work with. I have worked with the very best development firms in the world. [Gyroscope] has a technical depth, paralleled by their depth in business model understanding that rivals even the best known firms, and can bring this combination to bear in insightful, innovative and the most effective ways.
